Day 3 of Seedling: Check Environments / Do not disturb seeds
Day 3
After you have placed the seeds in the paper towel and stored correctly, do not disturb until day 4. It is typical to see roots emerge as soon as day 3, but it is ideal to wait until the 4th day to check for roots.
